Our sophisticated Saru Glass Side Table has a geometric, timeless design with a base forged from solid iron that has an antique brass finish. Perfect in any living space, place it next to a reading chair with a table lamp, or use it as an occasional table. The separate glass top slots neatly onto the frame and has been sand cast, a technique dating back to the 15th Century where the design is carved into sand and molten glass poured in. When cooled, the sand is removed to reveal the cast glass to be smooth on the surface but with a wave like pattern and the occasional air bubble, giving the finished piece a beautifully textured, unique finish. There is a matching coffee table in the collection
